Team continuity and learning system
Separate likely continuity from verified competence, workflow coverage, cross-training, and learning speed.
The governing test
The governing testWhich source or constraint could change this result?- Clear the non-negotiable gates.
- Normalize capacity, cash, and clinical transfer.
- Price workforce and payer friction as operating facts.
Results use the entered assumptions. Evidence and safety checks still require review.
No input edits yet. Unchanged example values remain fictional assumptions. No changes since the last download or opening state.
Assumptions, evidence still needed, and local saving
This case stays in this tab only. Reloading, navigating away, or closing the tab can erase it. Download the case file to keep or reopen it. DenQAI does not upload it, autosave it, or store it in your browser. Browser exit warnings are a backup and may not appear on every device.
Planning case — assumptions and evidence require review. Includes fictional example assumptions. Formula v3.2.0.
Blank means unknown. Enter 0 only for a known zero or an item that does not apply and has no cost or use. Example values and modeled estimates are assumptions until supported by your records.

Team continuity without age discrimination
Measure coverage, cross-training, lawful availability information, compensation, and succession depth. Age is not an input and long tenure is not a defect.
Team rates are N/A when the relevant staff or role denominator is zero. Review inconsistent counts separately.
Ask whether roles, schedules, and availability are expected to continue; do not ask employees to reveal protected health information or use age as a retirement proxy. Employment counsel should design interviews and retention decisions.
Next action
Use the result to request the missing evidence.
Assign a backup, observed competency check, training owner, and review date for each uncovered workflow.
Plan team continuityRecord the source, period, responsible reviewer, and assumption that would change your decision in the case review note.
